Presbytery.

NEWS AND EVENTS
Next Sunday will be the Third Sunday of Lent, Year A.
Lenten Lunches Every Wednesday in Lent, lunch (homemade soup, bread
and cheese) is provided by the different churches in Bourton in the Baptist
Rooms ( Station Road ) from 12.30 – 1.30 p.m. Proceeds go to the charities
of the Church’s choice. It is turn of the Catholic Church to provide lunch
on Wednesday 27th February. Helpers are urgently to lay tables, serve and
wash up. If you can spare a few hours from 12.00 – 2.00pm. please contact
Pat Gibb (01451-820580).
Eucharistic Ministers’ Rota Bob Hadley will produce the next rota on
Sunday 9th March and will include dates from Sunday 23rd March through to
Sunday 10th August. Please let Bob know which dates you will not be

Readers’ Rota John Duggan will shortly produce the new rota to run

There will be a Second Collection today following CAFOD’s Family
Fast Day. Envelopes should be used, with all the details completed so
that CAFOD can reclaim the UK Income Tax that you have paid. Cheques should
be made Payable to Our Lady & St Kenelm.
Lenten Alms can be given throughout the season for distribution by
the bishop. These alms can be Gift Aided.
Visitors If you pay UK Income Tax, you can Gift Aid the money you put
in the first collection at Mass. Put your offering in a red envelope (from
the table at the back of church) and fill in the details. The parish will
gain 28p from the Inland Revenue for every £1 that you give.
